The marriage is the foundation of the family.
Our prayer is to start a movement where every married couple globally will pray the Our Marriage Prayer daily during their family prayers. By being reminded daily to love each other, to forgive each other and ask God to protect the marriage, it will strengthen the marriage so that it can endure the challenges that will face in life.
But more importantly, by your praying the Our Marriage Prayer in front of your children every day, they will start memorizing it and hopefully they will also pray it with their spouses when they get married someday. This will allow the strengthened marriages and God's protection to be passed down to your grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The next World Marriage Day is Sunday, February 13th, 2022. On this day, we prayerfully ask that the Our Marriage Prayer be published in your church's bulletin or flier for that Sunday.
